No. This is not a subscription service - there are no recurring fees or fine print. We are here only when you need us (which is all the time, ha)!
Do I need to be home while the meals are being delivered?
No, you do not need to be home during delivery. Simply put a cooler on your porch with a note indicating you would like the meals placed in your cooler.
What size cooler should I leave out?
The largest bag the meals arrive in is 16x6x12in, and if you order $75 or more, you could potentially receive two bags of this size, so please plan accordingly.
Please note: Our drivers are not allowed to touch the food, so they will not be able to repackage the meals to fit your cooler if your cooler is too small. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How does the ordering process work?
Each week simply check out the menu, make your selections (as much or as little as you want) and add them to your cart, pay, have a drink, enjoy your family, go shopping, find other ways to spend your new found free time…and your meals magically appear (not really, our delivery service is happy to deliver your food) on Sunday or pick-up from our kitchen.

Bexley, Clintonville, Columbus, Delaware, Dublin, Gahanna, German Village, Grandview, Downtown Columbus, Lewis Center, New Albany, Powell, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Whitehall, and Worthington and others.
Am I able to pick up my order instead of having it delivered? Where can I pick them up?
Yes! We have pick up available on Mondays 7:00am-7:00pm and Tuesdays 7:00am-4:00pm. Sunday pick-up available upon request. Call 614-715-4515.
You can pick up your meals from our kitchen, at 1400 Dublin Rd., Columbus, OH 43215. Call 614-715-4515 when you arrive.
Who cooks my food?
Our team of experienced chefs are passionate about the food we prepare for you each week. We make everything from scratch. We start with whole fresh vegetables and fruits and meats for the optimum quality and freshness.
How often does the menu change?
New menus are published on Fridays at 3:00pm. You can also sign up for our newsletter to begin receiving new menus and special offers each week.
Am I able to customize menu items or make substitutions?
At this time, we are not currently able to offer substitutions or make customizations. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are hoping that in the future we will be able to do so!

How long do the meals typically last?
Meals are designed to last 5 days after delivery. However, each item does come with a ‘Best By’ date. Some items, like salads, are best when eaten within 48 hours of delivery.
